Creating a friendly and qualified educational environment for kids is crucial for empowering individuals and communities to make positive change in the world. By assessing the educational needs of the children of various age groups, we can gain valuable insights into their unique needs and design educational programs and initiatives that are tailored to their specific needs. In addition to focusing on education and basic needs, it’s also important to create a welcoming and supportive learning environment where children feel valued and respected. By providing opportunities for social interaction and a playful environment , we can create a safe and inclusive space for children to learn and grow. Ultimately, by investing in the education and well-being of children, we can help to create a brighter and more promising future for generations to come. Especially those who are from poor backgrounds need our attention. by focusing on their educational needs , we can open doors to a more just society. keeping all these factors in mind, we have done a basic survey to analyze the fundamental literacy status of Misserwadi and these are our observations:

  • Most of the kids go to school, but they lag behind in the literacy race compared to peers of the same age group.
  • Even if they go to school and receive a proper education, most of them will drop out at a very young age of around 12–13 years to assist the economic condition of the family.
  • Poor school infrastructure and a low-grade teaching system
  • Untrained teachers with low quality of education.
  • Lack of resources, newer technologies at schools.
  • Very less number of schools in such a huge population.
  • Lack of motivation to continue the education.
