His hometown is Khuldabad. He was reared by his uncle, Quazi Abdur Rehman Sahab, his mother passed away when he was 11 years old. He finished his education in urdu at a municipal government school. After completing his tenth STD, he began attending classes, making money, and continuing his education. He received his degree in 1984, after which he began working as a teacher in Aurangabad. As a professor and dean, he had extensive experience working in numerous institutions and colleges, such as Marathwada College of Education, Hyderabad University, and the University of Bhopal.
